Operations Analyst

A leading financial servicesprovider is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join itsoversight team. This role focuses on monitoring and supporting third-partyrelationships to ensure ethical practices, regulatory alignment, and positive customeroutcomes.The OpportunityIn this role, you'll helpmanage and enhance internal processes that assess the conduct of externalpartners. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business toinvestigate concerns, produce insightful reports, and contribute to forums thatshape oversight strategy.What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing processes that track and assess partner behaviour
• Investigating issues and coordinating responses to potential risks
• Engaging with internal teams to raise awareness of conduct expectations
• Supporting audits and preparing materials for governance meetings
• Leading discussions and working groups to address complex cases

What You'll Bring

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Confidence in managing sensitive conversations
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Solid Excel and Word skills
• Experience in a regulated or financial environment is a plus
• Familiarity with risk or compliance frameworks is desirable
