M&E Supervisor

New urgent role working as an M&E Supervisor to handover a 16m packages within a new build residential apartments on a 6 month contract.

Applicants must have a background commissioning on new build residential projects for developers or M&E subcontractors in order to be selected.

Interviews will take place next week with the view to start asap.

Duties

• Leading the handover and commissioning process, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operation.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality.
• Overseeing M&E contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Ensuring strict adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment.
• Proactively managing risks and minimising delays.
• Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.
• Working closely with the client to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets in date
• Extensive experience as an M&E Supervisor on residential new build projects, with a focus on handover and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of M&E installation processes, technical specifications, and building regulations.
• Proven experience in commissioning M&E systems.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
