Grounds Maintenance Operative - Dartford/Sevenoaks
Hourly Rate: 11.44 - 12.50 per hour (Overtime available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client's team in the Dartford area. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, maintaining grounds, trees, and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company van to various sites in the North-Kent area (Dartford, Gravesend, and surrounding areas)
• Maintain and care for a collection of trees and surrounding grounds
• Litter picking and general ground maintenance duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure the upkeep of gardens, estate areas, and tree management
• Participate in daily maintenance tasks and assist in keeping outdoor spaces tidy and well-kept

Key Requirements:

• Must hold a full, UK driving licence (manual transmission required)
• Previous grounds maintenance or estate work experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Flexibility to take on a variety of roles as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• CSCS preferred but not essential
