The Adult Social Work Team are looking to recruit to the role of Social Worker/Senior Social Worker.

The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the Council's statutory responsibilities are met in relation to the following:

• Care Act,
• including assessment;
• support planning
• safeguarding adults

The Senior Social Worker will be working in the London Borough of Hillingdon
