Location: Based Surbiton covering London and South of England

Full time permanent role - hybrid role

Salary: £30K per annum Commission Bonus & Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive in behalf of our client, a well-established, commercial construction company based in Southwest London. Key Responsibilities: -

As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider team to help drive growth, develop client relationships, and spot new opportunities. Your role will include:

• Supporting the delivery of our business development and sales activities
• Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Maguire Brothers with
• professionalism and credibility
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key
• stakeholders
• Identifying and researching new business opportunities, particularly in
• commercial property and surveying sectors
• Using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and
• report on activity
• Attending client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the
• company profile

Person Specification: -

• 3-5 years' experience in sales or business development,
• Driven and ambitious individual
• A confident communicator who loves meeting people and building trust
• Proactive, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
• Organised, with the ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively
• Curious about the property and construction world and keen to grow your
• expertise
• Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot (or quick to pick them up)
