The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Expected Earnings: £25,000 £30,000 (Uncapped earning potential )

Working Hours

• 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off). Weekday hours: 08 30; Saturdays: 09 00

A Day in the Life of a Lettings Negotiator

You ll be:

• Guiding both Landlords and Tenants through the lettings process, understanding their needs, and helping them find their perfect match.
• Organizing and hosting viewings or open days, ensuring every customer feels welcome and supported.
• Using your initiative to generate leads and win new business to boost your success.
• Negotiating and securing deals, turning aspirations into reality for your clients.
• Witnessing the excitement of handing over keys and being part of a customer s next big step in life.
