What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations and supporting the development of a new CAMHS service.
• Managing psychiatrist diaries, consultant bookings, and patient scheduling.
• Handling financial processes including patient payments and revenue reconciliation.
• Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in similar healthcare clinic management, ideally in the private sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• CAMHS, psychiatry, or mental health service experience.
• Excellent skills in diary management, financial handling, and patient care.
• A confident, organised leader with great communication skills.
