HAIR STYLIST

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Hair Stylist to work for product & hair care company in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford.

ROLE: Hair Stylist

SALARY: 13.15, circa 26,000 per annum (PAYE)

LOCATION: Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford, (DA9)

HOURS: Full time, Thursdays to Mondays. Usual hours are 10.30am-7.30pm and 11am-5pm on Sundays.

THE ROLE:

• Become an authority on the products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a personalised and welcoming experience. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions.
• Actively promote and demonstrate the products, showcasing their unique features to drive sales and create excitement.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
• Keep track of inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and work with external retail partners to create best-in class experiences.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in the hair/salon industry is a must.
• Experience in sales is a must.
