Operations Assistant x 2

We are working with an established Courier company that are looking to recruit 2 x Operations Assistants.

1 shift Sunday 8am-5pm then Monday to Thursday 12pm -9pm.

2 shift Monday to Friday 12pm-9pm.

Overtime available on the weekends.

The role is to provide administrative support and assist in the running of daily operations.

Role involves:

• Booking flights with airlines/agents.
• Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS.
• Manifesting and pre-alerting of flights.
• Raising T1 documents for road shipments (1 or 2 days)
• Support the warehouse duties 1-2 hours a day between 6pm-8pm with team.
• Import SFD and FDE clearances knowledge would be beneficial.
• T1/T2 clearances/discharges.
• Importation & Exportation of ATA Carnet/Cities goods.

Any Dangerous goods awareness desirable but not essential

Driving Licence desirable but not essential.

Salary depends on experience.
