D365 F&O Test Manager

We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation and are looking for an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead testing across a complex international ERP landscape.

This role will own the global testing framework, with a strong focus on test governance, automation, AI-enabled testing and quality assurance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and govern the global testing strategy and framework
• Lead System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Regression Testing activities
• Drive AI-led testing and automation initiatives
• Manage relationships with System Integrators and third-party partners
• Support SIT, UAT, OAT and Go-Live readiness across regional deployments
• Expand automated test coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Drive quality governance, defect management and release readiness

Requirements:

• 10+ years' ERP testing leadership experience within large global transformation programmes
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise
• Deep knowledge of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and Regression Testing
• Advanced Azure DevOps experience
• Proven background in test automation and AI-enabled testing
• Experience working with global stakeholders, product teams and major System Integrators
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
