THE COMPANY

Our client is a premium poker media company, transforming the game into a mainstream entertainment.

THE ROLE

As an Executive Producer, you will lead the creative and operational direction of the series, shaping its editorial vision, cast and story.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape compelling story arcs across episodes and the full season, delivering clear narratives.
• Work closely with story teams to identify key conflicts and opportunities for character development.
• Lead casting strategy and talent selection, building trusted relationships with contributors while guiding on-screen dynamics.
• Oversee all phases of production, from planning through filming to post, ensuring teams capture the coverage needed to support the story.
• Manage schedules, locations and resources efficiently, resolving challenges quickly to keep production on track.
• Partner with editors and post-production teams to refine episodes, reviewing cuts and shaping the final output in line with the creative vision.
• Collaborate with branding and creative partners to develop and maintain a premium visual identity across all on-screen and promotional assets.

THE PERSON

With strong experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Series Producer in scripted reality, you bring sharp editorial instincts and a deep understanding of character-driven storytelling. You should be confident leading teams, shaping narrative across a series, and collaborating with creative partners on brand and on-screen identity.

As a decisive and effective leader, you will balance creative ambition with the practical demands of production. Experience in poker, live events and exposure to launching new formats or brands would be highly advantageous.
