Warehouse Forklift Operative - Full-Time, Permanent

A well-established business in the High Wycombe area is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operative to join their friendly and committed team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable hours and a supportive working environment.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

• Accurate picking and packing of orders
• Booking and inspecting stock
• Arranging transportation from warehouse to production and events
• Assisting with unloading trailers and operating forklift trucks
• Liaising with other departments and following stock procedures
• Maintaining accurate records using IT systems
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Working to deadlines

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance +Reach)
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Ideally, experience at a supervisory level within a small team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good timekeeping and a flexible attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate and comfortable working with numbers
• Friendly, tactful, and calm under pressure
• Physically able to lift up to 20kg
• Proactive, positive, and willing to learn
• Driving licence desirable
