Property Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a small, but well-established property group in North West London. Working within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties across London.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Fridays 9am-1pm, with the option of working Fridays from home.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties

Ensure all properties are fully compliant with current laws and regulations

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders

Handle maintenance issues, schedule inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs

Prepare, review, and negotiate tenancy agreements and leases

Oversee rent collection and manage property-related financials

Key Requirements:

4+ years experience in property management (essential)

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

In-depth knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
