A well established Construction and Property Consultancy who cover a range of projects in and around London and are based near Southwark, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team.

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team who have built a strong reputation over the years and their Cost Management team are looking to expand in order to cope with a continuous pipeline of work.

Based in Central London, they provide a complete Cost Management service with Project Management services along side.

About the role:

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value.

Your role will include :

• Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
• Feasibility Cost Studies
• Procurement and Contract Advice
• Ensure the client is achieving the best value for Money
• You will work Pre and Post Contract

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company and progress to managing a team, should they desire.

About the requirements:

• The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have at least 2 years experience.
• A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
• Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
• Ideally, you will be striving to become a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

About the salary:

• Up to £55,000
