About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Bracknell area. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to support students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
