The Role

• This client needs an experienced Business Development Manager from a residential background.
• You will take the lead on work winning activities for the business and identify opportunities in the market.
• You will work closely with the Managing Director in achieving the growth goals of the business.

The Requirements

• You must have a proven track record of enhanced growth for a business.
• Have strong relationships with developers across London
• You must have strong communication skills
• Be able to work on your own initiative and be confident take on responsibility
