The workforce is evenly split between transport planners, engineers, and directors across both offices.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Highways Engineer:
Deliver highway and drainage designs to agreed programme and budget.
Ensure all designs incorporate the requirements of relevant authorities and statutory bodies.
Prepare, review, and approve design information and reports, providing constructive feedback.
Ensure designs comply with MCHW, DMRB, and/or local design guidance.
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrable experience with Section 278 and Section 38 highway design schemes.
Strong technical expertise across a range of highway design environments.
Proven experience in managing highway projects, delivering them on time and within budget.
Experience in mentoring and supervising junior highway design staff.
Thorough working knowledge of DMRB technical documents.
Proficiency in highway drainage design, including use of MicroDrainage software.
