Maintenance Officer Works are required to be undertaken in accordance with Industry standards (i.e. SGF20, CIBSIE), building and statutory regulations, British standards and manufacturers operating and maintenance manuals. The post-holder will be required to use their skills and judgement to diagnose compliance and asset failures and determine the best solution to resolve repair problems.

Maintenance Officer A key objective of the role is to ensure the properties are well maintained with no disruption to the customers service because of either plant failure or general repairs and maintenance. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the staff within the properties can focus on educational matters and their service users' needs as opposed to building-related issues.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
