MEP Revit Coordinator

Production of working Revit Models and installation Drawings for all stages of Mechanical, electrical and public health design, installation and the subsequent delivery of projects, including COBie data where required.

The successful candidate must have a problem solving mentality with a proven ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficient use of Revit, Navisworks Manage, Fabrication MEP
• Proficient use of Microsoft office.
• Experience of online document management systems not essential training will be given.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Stage 5 Services coordinator role.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Reviewing project files to ensure compliance with standards/protocols.
• Production of accurate and working 3D models using Fabrication in Revit to meet all building regulations installation requirements.
• Production of fully coordinated working drawings from design intent information.
• Production of drawing sections and details to facilitate practical installations.
• Production of Schematics.
• Undertaking site surveys.
• Coordination of combined service drawings to ensure spatial constraints are achieved.
• Production of as built drawings from site survey/marked up installation drawings.
• Coordinating drawing production in line with project programme requirements.
• Modelling and coordination of MEP services i.e. ductwork, pipework, drainage etc.
• Checking the accuracy of the drawings and ensuring they follow the quality control process.
• Liaising with the management regarding workload and delivery of drawings to meet the required timescales.
• Responsibility for updating the directory of drawings.
