This company established 6 years ago, specializing in providing bespoke signage services including design, manufacture and installation. They are a small team, dedicated to using top of the range materials and providing an excellent services. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are looking to add a Production Manager to their team.

In this dynamic role your time will be split between managing the day to day production of bespoke products, overseeing manufacturing on site. You will also be involved in scheduling wok, liaising with the installation team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

This role would suit an ambitious Production Manager with a background in Signs who is looking to progress their career into directorship, while putting their own stamp on a role.

The Role:

• Organise production schedules.
• Supervise production staff, providing leadership to the team.
• Excellent progression available.

The Person:

• Production Manager or similar.
• Background in Signs / Signage.
• Commutable to Royal Tunbridge Wells.
