Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented consultant to manage new and renewal applications for ATOL, ABTA, and IATA . The ideal candidate must be confident with numbers , able to prepare financial models, and have strong communication skills to assist clients over the phone. This role also involves general administration, attending meetings and industry events, and handling monthly reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities ATOL, ABTA & IATA Compliance
Manage new and renewal applications for ATOL, ABTA, and IATA on behalf of clients.
Submit monthly booking reports to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and other regulators.
Prepare insurance and bond applications for financial protection schemes.
Ensure all licensing applications meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
Client & Business Support
Communicate with new enquiries, explaining our services and onboarding clients.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding financial compliance.
Liaise with insurers, banks, and regulatory bodies to facilitate applications.
Financial Modelling & Reporting
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support ATOL & ABTA applications.
Analyse financial data and assess company risk for bond and insurance applications.
Assist clients in understanding financial reporting obligations.
General Administration & Events
Maintain accurate records of client applications and compliance documentation.
Attend meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
Support the team with general administration tasks .
Key Skills & Experience Required
Strong financial skills - ability to prepare financial models and analyse data .
Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex regulations in a simple way.
Customer service experience - comfortable speaking to clients over the phone.
Highly organised - able to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems .
Willingness to attend meetings and industry events as required.
