Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the English department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning.
• Oversee curriculum development and delivery across all key stages.
• Inspire and mentor staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor and support student progress, ensuring excellent outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching English and managing within a school setting.
• Leadership experience or a proven ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary:
Paid to scale with TLR.
