As a Project Supervisor, you will report to the Lead Project Engineer and work within the Capital Programme Operations Team. You will manage a team of electrical fitters and civil operatives, supporting all Project Engineers and Site Supervisors. Your role will involve coordinating and organizing site operatives to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within UK Power Networks standards. You will oversee multiple projects, attend project-specific meetings, and ensure construction assurance through audits on quality of work, technical competencies, and compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of 65,241 + car/allowance, inner London Allowance, and a bonus of 3%. If you have a sound background in Primary and Grid Substation and Cable/OHL systems, experience working in a project delivery environment, and hold relevant qualifications such as NRSWA supervisor, Temporary Works coordinator, and a full driving license, we want to hear from you.
