The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Experience in project management and preparing annual PPM budgets.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage M&E contracts to ensure superior service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain and monitor technical installations.
• Lead on PPM planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
