£42,000 Monday-Friday 40 hrs per week

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in a busy Canary Wharf kitchen. A great opportunity to work in a high-volume, customer-facing environment with weekends off.

What you'll do:

• Support the Head Chef with daily operations
  
• Cater for up to 1,000 people daily
