Do you have Plumbing and Mechanical experience looking for a highly-secure and static role offering clear training and development opportunities to bolster your skillset across a Building Services environment?On offer is the chance to work for a Multi-million pound and successful business operating from a Prestige facility in central London.The client are a national leader in providing conferences / events across prestige facilities. This role is due to continued growth.This is a Monday - Friday 35 hours contracted role with great flexibility. You will be based out of one main site performing Installation and Maintenance on the likes of Boilers, Compressors, Fan Coils and Plant room equipment. This is a large scale operation across both a Facilities and Building Services setting.This is an ideal position for a Plumbing / Mechanical or Building Services Engineer wanting stability and security all whilst working for a business with a great reputation / retention rate.

The Role:

• Plumbing, Mechanical and Plant room maintenance.
• Monday - Friday 35 hours, static.
• Varying from AHUs, Boilers, Compressors etc.

The Person:

• Plumber, Plumbing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer.
• Ideally facilities or building services background.
• Commutable to Central London.
