Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant in the Bedfordshire area with experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2? Here at Academics, we're working with friendly and supportive primary schools across Bedfordshire who are currently seeking passionate individuals to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

About the Teaching Assistant Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment. You'll be:

• Assisting with daily classroom activities
• Supporting child-led and structured learning sessions
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Promoting children's emotional, social, and educational development
• Vacancies in different Bedfordshire areas and therefore will be tailored to your location

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
• Previous experience supporting children in a school or early years setting
• A caring, calm, and patient approach
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
