Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Lee, SE12

Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent Full Time

A keen, self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional, local independent estate agency based at their offices in the Lee (SE12) areas.

You will need have previous experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player.

You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants, and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.

A generous salary and commission package will be offered to the right candidate and the company will consider a candidate who feels ready to step up to a more senior and responsible position.

We are looking for a candidate who is smart, well-spoken, articulate and who has the ability to close.

The Company: Our client is a large Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the North Kent and South-East London area and an opportunity for excellent career progression.

Skills required for this Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• Experience in listing and valuing beneficial
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the SE12 and surrounding areas helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred

• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
