Head Dental Nurse Opportunity

Location: PutneySchedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Salary: £16-£18 an hour

Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a confident, proactive, and compliance-savvy professional to lead our clinical team and support our Practice Manager in delivering exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For:

• Keen to take on more responsibility
• Strong knowledge of compliance protocols and CQC standards
• Proven ability to lead nurse meetings and mentor junior staff
• Skilled in stock control and ordering systems
• Comfortable working closely with the PM on clinical operations
• Willing and able to cover reception duties when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinical team
• Ensure full compliance with infection control and health & safety policies
• Manage stock levels and supplier relationships
• Organise and lead regular nurse meetings and training sessions
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager on audits, policies, and clinical improvements
• Support front-of-house operations and deliver excellent patient service
