Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a multi-million-pound contract focused solely on reactive repairs in South West London/Surrey. This role involves managing a well-established team, ensuring smooth operations, and driving efficiency across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the delivery of repairs and voids contracts across South West London and Surrey, with a large patch in KT/TW postcode areas.

• Lead and support the Contract Management team, ensuring clear communication and effective delegation.

• Manage a structured team including a Contracts Manager, Repairs Manager, and four Supervisors.

• Work closely with a large scheduling team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

• Focus on delivering reactive maintenance while also contributing to the development of a South Coast hub.

• Support expansion efforts into Surrey and Hampshire, including Crawley, Portsmouth, Worthing, and surrounding areas.

• Drive strategic growth across London, identifying new opportunities and improving service delivery.

• Ensure contractual compliance, high service standards, and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within a Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent understanding of repairs and voids management.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on expansion and operational efficiency.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Full UK driving license (company car provided).
