About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead high-profile commercial office fit-out projects in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in electrical construction, project delivery, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of the fit-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction teams on commercial office fit-out projects as the Electrical Site Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical installation works in line with project specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all sites.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently as the designated Electrical Site Manager.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and solutions to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within commercial office fit-out or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methodologies, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant electrical or construction qualifications are desirable.
