We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie for a busy contract catering site in the City of London.
You will be leading the Hospitality section at a busy site and play a pivotal role in creating delightful dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and production.
Short summary:
15.50/hour
40 hours/week
Monday to Friday
Day time shifts ( 07.00-16.00 )
Occasional evening work
Weekends off
Bank Holidays off
Ideal candidate:
Experience in banqueting, canape functions and events
At least 2 years experience as a Chef de partie in a similar culinary role within the
hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food safety standards
