The Role

As a Transformation Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects, partnering with commercial and operational teams to deliver significant savings and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
• Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and propose innovative solutions
• Mobilise and manage cross-functional delivery teams
• Create and align delivery plans across various functions
• Identify opportunities for intelligent design, including automation and straight-through processing

Required knowledge and experience:

• Substantial experience in a transformational leadership role
• Background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Change Management
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing transformation opportunities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in optimising commercial and customer outcomes
