Senior Caretaker

Weekend Senior Caretaker (Mobile)Contract: 16-18 hours per week (Friday-Monday)We're looking for a reliable and proactive Weekend Senior Caretaker to join a well-established housing and estate management team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caretaking or cleaning experience who's ready to step into a supervisory position. You'll help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming estates for residents, working across multiple sites to support caretaking teams and ensure high service standards.Key responsibilities

• Provide weekend caretaking support across multiple residential estates.
• Attend a Friday pre-weekend briefing and Monday post-weekend debrief.
• Drive between sites - a full UK driving licence is essential (own vehicle preferred).
• Supervise and support caretaking staff to ensure consistent standards of work and full service coverage.
• Carry out estate inspections, identifying and resolving any health, safety or maintenance issues.
• Communicate professionally with residents, contractors and managers to address any concerns.

About you You'll bring:

• Proven caretaking or cleaning experience, ideally within housing, estates or facilities.
• Team leader or supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate others.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to be mobile across the borough.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A professional and customer-focused attitude.
