Job Requirements/Description
- Become a part of our dynamic International Employee Relations (ER) Team, providing support across 40+ countries, including Europe, the Middle East, and Canada.
- Lead complex ER cases, investigations, and change management projects while fostering fairness and compliance.
- Partner with HR and Legal teams to navigate employment risks and strengthen employee relationships.
- Ideal candidates have broad HR expertise, knowledge of European employment law, and a strategic mindset. Biopharma experience and multilingual skills are a plus.
