Restaurant Manager for a French Bistro Central London 45k plus bronc

Mon to Fri 48 hour per week ( may include some weekends for events )

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager for a fantastic French bistro.

This is a real chance to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant setting where great food and service are what it's all about. We need someone who can step in and run the show, making sure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the kitchen to create a seamless service.
• Be the face of the bistro, greeting guests and making them feel at home.

What We're Looking For:

• You must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or a senior front-of-house leader. No getting around this one, you need to know what you're doing.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and maybe a love for French food.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep a team motivated.
• You're calm under pressure and can handle a busy service with a smile.
