Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon

Type: Small Animal with a keen interest in or certificate holder in Exotics

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire - with on-site parking

A unique opportunity has arisen in Portsmouth for a dedicated Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with a special interest in exotic animals. The ideal candidate will have exotic interests and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for promoting pet wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver preventive services
• Treat sick and injured pets
• Integrate well with the wider clinical and non-clinical team members
• Help grow the surgery's exotic offering

The Candidate:

This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual who is committed to delivering excellence in clinical care and customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Although a passion for Exotics is essential for this role, it will also include the care for cats and dogs.

Hours: Full-time ( approx. 39 hours per week)

Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of between £45,000 - £65,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience.
