About the role of Commercial Lead

As Commercial Lead, you will be the lead on a project valued up to 175m. You will be working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over 1bn and constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. This is a full time site based position.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
• Carry out cash flow reporting
• Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience in leading 50m+ projects at a Main Contractor
• Live within commutable distance to London
• Degree in a construction related subject
• Managed a team of Quantity Surveyors before
