Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative

Location: Rochford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £26k

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work. Experience in injection moulding is highly desirable, though not essential, as training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, including injection moulding equipment.
• Assist with warehouse duties including packing, loading/unloading, and stock control.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Injection moulding experience is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
