Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong carpentry background to oversee and manage residential projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must hold SSSTS and SMSTS certifications and have a proven track record in managing fit-out and refurbishment projects within the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while managing resources effectively.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project finances, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets company standards and building regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project management, specifically within residential fit-out and refurbishments.
• Certifications: Valid SSSTS and SMSTS certifications are required.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints and use project management tools.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
