Hours: 8:00 - 17:00

Pay: £280

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a high-end residential project in St Johns Wood. The job covers a 121-bed care home and 12 apartments, with a total M&E value of around £6-7 million.

You'll be part of a solid team that includes an Electrical-biased M&E Project Manager, a Mechanical Site Manager (that's you), and a Junior M&E Supervisor. The project's expected to run for about 15 months, and we're ideally looking for someone who can start ASAP.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing all mechanical works on site and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and to spec.
• Working closely with the M&E Project Manager and Junior Supervisor.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.
• Attending site meetings and providing regular updates on progress.
• Reviewing drawings, RAMS, and all mechanical documentation.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on large M&E or residential projects.
• Solid background in building services - care home or apartment experience ideal.
• Confident managing multiple mechanical packages and site teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications.
