Job Requirements/Description

We are recruiting for a proactive and sales driven Host/Hostess & Membership Sales Representative to join a luxury retail brand in their West London showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client interaction, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving in-person membership sales.

Your designated workdays will be from Wednesday to Saturday, with occasional Tuesdays scheduled as needed.

Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Membership Promotion:

  • Confidently present and promote the brands memberships in person, explaining benefits and helping guests complete their registration on-site.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience.
  • Grow the Membership and the VIP Club by selling the services to prospects in the showroom.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.

Guest Check-In:

  • Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue.
  • Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Verify the identity of clients and ensure access is granted only to eligible invitees.
  • Maintain a smooth flow of guest entry, even during high-traffic periods.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow.
  • Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
  • Communicate any event-related updates or changes to guests as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Display a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage guest lists and coordinate check-in processes efficiently.
  • A friendly and customer-focused approach, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
