Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Woking

Rate: £350 - £400 per day CIS or £260 - £290 per day base rate Umbrella PAYE

Duration: On-going

On site parking (small cost £28 per month)

We are recruiting for a senior quantity surveyor to oversee D&B projects from £1M - £10M on a large Military sites across the South of England. The projects are upgrades, remodels & refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for projects, room by room, floor by floor.
• Conduct accurate take-offs for materials and costs.
• Ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services are integrated into estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze tender documents and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in estimating fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Solid understanding of MEP services.
• Ability to perform take-offs and create detailed BoQs.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficienct with excel and MS applications

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a senior Quantity Surveyor .
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
