Senior Estates Surveyor needed South west London Paying £326.02 per day ref

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estates Surveyor to manage complex property matters and support strategic asset management across the Council's estate. You will lead on lease events, disposals, acquisitions, compliance, and regeneration projects, ensuring best value and effective service delivery.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and property compliance
  • Lead strategic disposals and acquisitions to support capital pipeline
  • Oversee property agents, contractors, and internal staff
  • Maintain corporate property databases and reporting
  • Support regeneration projects and joint ventures
  • Maximise revenue and value from assets
  • Provide expert estate management advice and ensure carbon reduction initiatives
  • Liaise with external bodies and support internal/external scrutiny
