Are you a Contracts Manager with a Roofing background looking for an autonomous role in a newly opened branch for an extremely well established company, where you will play a vital role in the growth of the branch?

This is a varied role where you will work on projects across the South East with the autonomy to manage your own diary. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts related to roofing projects. Their role ensures that all aspects of the contract lifecycle are compliant, profitable, and aligned with both legal requirements and company policies

This role would suit a Contracts Manager from a roofing background that is looking for a new challenge in a newly established branch.

The Role

• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favourable terms and compliance.
• Oversee project execution to align with contractual obligations, budgets, and timelines.
• Mitigate risks and resolve disputes by ensuring legal compliance and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project.

The Person

• Experience in managing projects in a similar industry
• Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, especially in roofing and building regulations.
• Based within an hours commute to the Reading office
