Lambeth 16+ Service Independence Service is looking to recruit a Team Manager to lead the creation of a newly established team to meet the increase in demand for our services. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who is up for a challenge and focused on achieving the best outcomes for our care experienced young people.
In the 16+ Independence Service we work with care experienced children and young people aged 16 to 25. As a Team Manager you would manage a team of Social Workers and Personal Advisors working in partnership with young people 16 and above and their families preparing and supporting them to make the transition from public care into independence. This is an exciting time to come to the 16+ Service as we continue focus on improving outcomes for young people and our partnerships with external agencies. We are looking for a Team Manager who is motivated to make a difference and able to think outside of the box.
