Project Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Project/contracts manager to work for an Essex based building contractor with work throughout the south-east.

Projects typically range from 50k to 1m in value and can be a combination of fit-out ,refurbishment and new build.

Primarily office based, with visits to site as and when needed, the role is client facing and involves estimating and pricing work through to site set up and delivery .

Candidate will have worked for reputable building contractors and ideally have experience of running multiple projects .
