Property Valuer/Lister

Location: Chadwell Heath

Salary: £23,000 basic + OTE £45,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance (£2,500) or Company Car

• Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first three months)
• Realistic OTE: £45,000-£50,000 (uncapped commission)

• Work Pattern: Five days a week, including two Saturdays on / one off rotation

As a Property Lister / Valuer, you'll be the face of the business, turning property valuations into listings, and listings into sales.

You'll use your local market knowledge, people skills, and commercial flair to help clients achieve the best possible outcome for their property sale.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice on property marketing and valuation strategies
• Securing new listings and achieving top sale prices for vendors
• Staying ahead of local market trends and competitor activity
• Generating new business and prospecting for leads
• Working closely with your team to match buyers to properties
• Assisting with branch management and driving overall branch profitability
• Leading by example and supporting colleagues during meetings and daily activities
