Agency Support Worker

As an Agency Support Worker at gap healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities within a supported living environment.

This position involves working flexible shifts, that may include earlies, lates, long days, awake nights and sleep-ins, across various services in Leigh On Sea, Westcliff & Southend On Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents within the supported living services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Previous support worker experience
• Compassionate and adaptable
• Good communication skills
