Travel and Tourism Lecturers- Location: West London
- Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 per annum including London Weighting

We are excited to offer the opportunity for passionate individuals to join our Travel and Tourism team at the West London. This role involves teaching a variety of travel-related courses, focusing on the airline/aviation and hospitality industries, and preparing learners for successful careers in these sectors or for further education.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach Travel and Tourism courses to students, predominantly aged 16-19, from Level 1 to Level 5.
- Engage and motivate young vocational learners to achieve their potential.
- Develop and deliver interactive and engaging lesson plans.
- Work closely with local employers at and around Heathrow Airport to ensure course relevance and to enhance employment opportunities for students.
- Participate in the continuous development of the curriculum to meet industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area; a degree is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the travel industry.
- Some teaching or training experience, with a willingness to develop further in this area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to professional development, including undertaking a fully funded Level 5 teaching qualification at the College.
